Tentative maps, major subdivisions, minor land divisions, boundary adjustments, land rezoning, general plan amendments, special use permits, grading permits, Fish and Game permits, Caltrans-permits, and Corps of Engineers permits.
Special Service Districts
Mid Coast Engineers currently serves as district engineer for the following special districts: The Salsipuedes Sanitary District and the Pajaro Valley Public Cemetery District.
Expert Witness Services
Engineers and land surveyors are frequently called upon for court appearance as expert witnesses. Design professionals may also be asked to appear before commission hearings, zoning boards, arbitration proceedings, and contract dispute conferences.
CAD
Mid Coast Engineers prepares all its engineering plans and survey maps in AutoCAD, which is a computer aided design program (CAD). This allows us to interface with building architects, landscape architects, mechanical engineers, structural engineers, project managers, and other professionals involved in design and construction. The exchange of computer drawing files eliminates redundant drafting and dimensional errors.
